PRIVATE CLASSES

Taking private classes are safe way to learn the basics of yoga if you are a beginner and would like to gain confidence before joining a community class. It is also an opportunity for you to focus on your goals and what it is you would like to get out of your practice and how we achieve that. We discuss any issues that may of be concern to you, may they be injuries, weakness, anxieties, and tailor the sessions exactly to your needs.

These sessions can be hugely rewarding as you learn to develop a deep understanding and respect for your body, for where you are right now in your life, so that you can learn to nurture yourself and become more resilient to deal with life’s challenges.

Private classes generally take place in the comfort of your own home, and can cater for individuals or groups up to 6.
